Hello there ,
Hope you are doing well. With a score of 445 ,you can easily get a government medical college through West Bengal State quota counselling given that you belong to general and physically handicapped category.
This year the cutoffs are expected to be somewhat similar to last year's or may increase marginally. In 2020,the cutoff score for UR and physically handicapped category was 134 with a closing AIR of 729976. The college allotted was Burdwan Medical College,Burdwan . So,on this basis you wil surely get a government medical college. Just wait for the state counselling to commence.
You can have details of the colleges you can get into based on your NEET AIR and category both through AIQ and SQ of your state from the link given below :

Hello Aspirant,
Unfortunately on such NEET score you are not even qualified for NEET 2021 because the cut-offs for NEET UG 2021 are as follows :-
-->>> General - 50th percentile - 720-138 marks
-->>> SC/ST/OBC - 40th percentile - 137-108 marks
-->>> General-PwD - 45th percentile - 137-122 marks
-->>> SC/ST/OBC-PwD - 40th percentile - 121-108 marks
Now without getting qualified in NEET UG 2021 you cannot get admissions in any of the courses such as MBBS, BAMS, BHMS and other Ayush courses neither in government college nor in private college.
So on such marks and category I would recommend you to take a drop and prepare for NEET 2022 then to help you in your preparation we have some resources which you can access from the link given below :-

See it is quite difficult to help you with the exact list of colleges as the counselling is yet to be conducted and the cut-offs keep on changing every year but yes we can provide you the list of colleges that you can get based on previous years cut-off data.
So according to the data, on such marks and category you have very low chances of getting any government quota BDS seat but you have good chances of getting Management quota BDS seats in some dental colleges in West Bengal under state quota according to previous year's cut-off.
As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that you have chances in following colleges :-
Guru Nanak Institute of Dental Science and Research, Kolkata - 323 marks
Haldia Institute of Dental Sciences and Research, Purba Medinipur - 282 marks
Kusum Devi Sunderlal Dugar Jain Dental College and Hospital, Kolkata - 301 marks
You can check out previous year's cut-offs from the link given below :-

There are many exam centres for the WBJEE examination. Mainly, the engineering college (private & Government) are chosen as the examination center. Apart from that, in Kolkata, there are some TCS infrastructures where the examination is also conducted such as TCS Gitobitan. So there is a whole lot of exam centers and not all the names can be provided. While filing the form, you must take care that you should choose the examination nearest to your place as it reduces the journey time to exam center.

Hi aspirant, Every state has a defined eligibility criteria which is needed to be fulfilled by candidates in order to appear in the state counselling. To be eligible for the 85% state quota seats in Delhi, candidates must have passed Class 12 from any school in Delhi- NCR, affiliated with boards CBSE, ICSE or JMI.
So it would be no problem if you want to take admission in Delhi's medical college through Delhi state quota counselling even if you have a domicile certificate from West Bengal.
Hope it helps!!
