Her domicile will be Jharkhand only but I assume you are worried about from which state she can be eligible for the home state reservation. In that case I want to tell you that to be eligible for the same candidate needs to fulfill any of the below mentioned criteria:

• The student should be a native citizen of that particular state having a authenticate proof of it.
• The student must have completed his secondary or higher secondary education from an institution in the state which is also recognised by the government.
• Parents must be working in any government or private institution for at least seven years in that particular state.

So she can go for either Jharkhand or Maharashtra in that case.
