West Bengal Joint Entrance Exam
Hello Aspirant,
Unfortunately Ramkrishna you are very late because WBJEE 2021 applications were already extended till April 30th and now there is no any order for extension of the Application dates and also the correction period is over now. So now if you want to appear for WBJEE then you have to wait for next year and if we talk about Presidency University then admission in it is also made through WBJEE so if you will not appear for WBJEE then you cannot get admission in B.Tech course offered by Presidency University, Kolkata.
You can check out the official notification of extension of application of WBJEE 2021 from the official site whose link is given below :-
https://wbjeeb.in/files_notice-extension-of-last-date-of-application130.pdf
As of now there is no any information for extension of dates of application form for WBJEE 2021 and WBJEE 2021 is scheduled for June 11th 2021.
You can get complete details about WBJEE 2021 from the link given below :-

I hope this information helps you.
Good Luck!!
HI,
See cutoff score changes every year and it depends on certain factors like number of applicant, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, students category etc. however it is difficult to say about the exact cutoff score for a particular rank. based on previous years analysis to secure seat in government Institute you must score 90% above of total score, which is challenging score for admission to government Institute.
hi,
ncert books are best for conception building, it is not enough for competitive exam, since the questions pattern will be mcq based. however in case you have prepared for jee main exam you have an added advantage. I would suggest to follow wbjee previous years papers and practice questions from arihant or tata macgraw mcq books of physics, chemistry and mathematics.
hope you understand.
Hi
This is very difficult to predict marks as closing rank keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like :-
*number of students that appeared in the exam,
*kind of marks obtained by them ,
*toughness level of the examination wbjee etc.
But yes,
When we go through past year qualifying cut off trends then
In wbjee 2019, 1734 in wbjee was closing rank for sc category for getting computer science in Jadavpur University.
You can check the same at
https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/wbjee-cutoff
And, 1734 rank is around 145- 150 marks . So, you must target at least 145-150 marks for computer science in Jadavapur university

Hello,
Yes you can give WBJEE as long as you have passed the 10+2th (or equivalent) examination conducted by a board recognized by Central and State Government and have qualified Physics and Mathematics along with any one of the following - Chemistry/Biology/Biotechnology/Computer Science/Computer Application as compulsory subjects in the qualifying examination. WBJEEB opened the WBJEE 2021 application form from February 23 to March 30. WBJEE form 2021 was available in online mode at wbjeeb.in.
Jadavpur University is present in kolkata. It's a government college. And your mark in WBJEE is very good. May be you will get Jadavpur University in CSE otherwise you can get Jadavpur in other engineering department also. This is very popular college in West Bengal. So many companies are come here for placement. You can get admission there.
All the best.
Yeah! A lot of students appears for JEE MAINS who gives WBJEE with the same preparation and cracks WBJEE even if they can't crack JEE MAINS. WBJEE is a exam easier than JEE MAINS but for this exam you need to have a strong memory as most of the question appears formulae based and in chemistry a good number of memory based questions came. So you have to make this slight changes with your preparation.
You can consider the books Rudiments of Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics to be a instrumental to understand the patter and the likely mode of questions asked in WBJEE.
