I am happy to inform you that your chances in JGEC( Jalpaiguri Government Engineering College) are very high for all departments specially in CSE and IT . According to previous year's closing rank analysis  you may get IT in JGEC in 3rd round of counselling and CSE in mop up round . So if everything becomes as same as before you may not have to wait for spot round.

see wbjee results has already published. if you have appeared in the exam you may check the result in official website. wbjee score is calculated based on the the number of questions you have attempt and number of questions you have wrongly answered. also there is some of the facts for tie breaking like if two persons score is same , candidates who get highest score in mathematics gives the first priority, again if mathematics marks is same physics marks is considered  for tie breaking, if physics score is same than chemistry score is taken to considered. however at this score you rank would be above of 50,000 .
