Top colleges for CSE from Wbjee are Jadavpur University, IEM and Heritage Institute Of Technology. With your rank, it may be difficult to get Jadavpur University. So maybe try for IEM and Heritage. Techno India Salt Lake is also a decent college but try for IEM and Heritage first. Moreover, KGEC is also good as it has a great coding culture.

West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination (WBJEE)is a common entrance test that is conducted every year to enroll into all undergraduate Engineering & Technology, Architecture and Pharmacy courses offered by universities and colleges in West Bengal. The result for WBJEE 2020 was announced on August 07, 2020. The colleges are going to roll out their cutoff list for aspirants to take admission on the basis of their ranks. However, you can predict the college that you might be able to get based on your rank.

I tried looking for a few private colleges for you based on your rank but since you haven’t mentioned your stream or course in which you wish to apply or preference of location or branch, my search was confined to these two colleges here:

1. Bengal Engineering and Technology, affiliated to Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology
2. RCC Institute of Engineering and Technology, affiliated to Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology

You might be able to fetch the following branches as per your rank:

For various Prestigious institution of WBJEE like Jadavpur University,IEM, Kalyani Govt. engg college , one needs to score marks around 125-170 .

Maths section is of 100 marks so try to score as much as possible in it.

Chemistry is fairly easy as is advised to go through Its syllabus thoroughly for good marks.

If your marks is above 175+ then you are all set through to get admission into the prestigious Jadavpur University. (CSE/IT/ECE)
