You have mentioned your category rank but what is your general pharmacy rank?

In wbjee all the seats are alloted on the basis of GMR rank/ PMR ( Pharmacy rank in case of Pharma ) and not category rank.

This is very difficult to predict which college you will get because cut off  keeps changing every year depending upon a number of factors like

--------) number of students that appeared in the WBJEE exam

--------)difficulty level of the WBJEE examination

--------)Kind of marks obtained by the students in the WBJEE exam

--------) number of students from different categories etc

But yes,

For government colleges for pharmacy, your general pharmacy rank should be at least around 3.5k being from obc-b otherwise your chances are very low.

For example,

In 2021, in 3rd round of wbjee, the closing pmr rank for B.Pharm/Pharmaceutical Technology  for obc - B category for government colleges was 3894 and it was for Institute of Pharmacy, Jalpaiguri:-5248

For Jadavpur University  for computer science your  general rank should be at least around 4.5k general rank being from pwd category otherwise your chances for the same are low.

For example,

In 2020 , in 3rd round of wbjee 2020,   4593 general rank for general pwd category was the closing rank for  Jadavpur University for computer science engineering .
