First of all congratulations on securing 1.1k rank in wbjee but as you know jadhavpur has the 90% seats reservation for west bengal candidates so the cut off is very high for jadhavpur university.
The food technology cut off at jadhavpur university is 750 .
You can participate in the decentralised counselling conducted by jadhavpur University at the end of the counselling rounds if the seats remain vacant.
But you can surely get institute of engineering and management computer science branch which is the second best college in west bengal.

As far as your sc category is concerned you will easily get electronics and instrumentation branch and quite possibly electrical engineering branch. So, if cut offs gets lower then it is possible you will get a higher branch.
