You got around 35000 rank in WBJEE. Which is not so good rank because this is your general category rank and government college admission with this rank it's impossible. Some good private college like heritage institute of technology and techno India University getting admission also impossible because there last year general category cutoff 14000. So with this rank getting CSE or IT quite difficult. But may be you can get CSE or IT in other private engineering colleges.

CSE and IT both are core stream in engineering, so this stream seats are booked very first. You can get private college but may be in 2nd or 3rd counselling. So go for counselling dear. I'll provide you a link below you can check it for more details about the college basis of your rank

You haven't mentioned your category assuming that you belong to general category last year a candidate with rank 7685 secured admission to Computer Science Engineering in Haldia Institute of Technology, Haldia. Considering the previous year cut off you do not have chances of getting seat in CSE in the preferred course. The Mop-Up round will be in centralised online process only.West Bengal joint entrance examination board will conduct Mop-Up round this year also.You can opt  Mop-Up round from September 6 to September 8,2021.All candidates who successfully registered for JENPAS(UG) Counselling and completed documents verification and have obtained general merit rank are eligible for participating in the Mop-Up round.
