Different colleges have different criteria for their students. Some colleges do have bonds that they used to get signed by the students while some dont have any bonds. It will totally depend on the college you are studying. As far as your transfer is concerned, I don't think that is possible. Although I will suggest you to talk to your college authorities once to get clarification regarding your doubts.

Journalism is not a branch based course. You can go for any stream you want, the one which you are interested in. You’ll also have enough time to learn things related to journalism, time for extra curricular activities which help you gain knowledge in this field which isn’t actually possible if you take streams like science,commerce etc.
So, I think you have taken a great decision..yes you can obviously go for BA Hindi honours. Also you have enough time to improve your english vocabulary. Don't at all worry about it. Work hard, you will surely achieve your goals.

There's paper for Chemistry(CY) in Gate, for which you can apply,exam will be conducted for 180 minutes of total marks being 100, out of which General Aptitude is of 15 marks, and the subject is of 85 marks, you can get the syllabus of chemistry at https://cache.careers360.mobi/media/uploads/froala_editor/files/CY_bXYErRd.pdf
Apart from Chemistry, as per the official website it states candidates can simultaneously choose second paper in Chemical Engineering/Life Sciences. Yes it is one of the common questions which everyone raises while starting blogging. I as a blogger can give you some tips of how to start blogging and to make it as a career.
1. Start writing blog on some topics which you like the most and do it 3 or 4 times in a week. This will help you understand your mistakes and not to make them in future.
2. Focus on the originality of the content. It means when you start blogging try to add new things to it.
3. Make your blog like that which expresses some other person feelings and try to connect people with the blog.
4 don't copy somebody's content because it will lower and degrade your performance to write a blog.

firstly maintain a timetable for your backlogs subjects ,prepare for at least 2-3 important questions on your free time for a day and write a test of it by your own on the end of the day,do not get demotivated even if you didn't write the correct answer.complete the minimum number of important questions in this manner daily and also give time to prepare for the weekend exams.
CAT is the entrance examination for admission to Post Graduate Management Courses to as many as 20 IIMs and almost 1000 participating Institutions. So if you write CAT, you can apply for these Institutions to study MBA. And there is no minimum marks per se. Scholarships are offered by the Institutions in which you get admission in.
CAT is an online examination of 3 hours duration.The questions in the exam will be of MCQ and TITA type totaling 100 questions. MCQ are multiple choice questions, for which candidates get multiple answer choices. Each Question has 3 marks and a wrong answer takes away 1 mark. However Type in the Answer questions are exempted from Negative Marking.
CAT exam paper can be Categorised into 3 parts:
Quantitative Ability
Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension
Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning
The Verbal Ability section and Reading Comprehension has 34 Questions, Data interpretation-Logical Reasoning section has 32 MCQ questions and Quantitative Ability has 34 MCQ questions totalling up to 100 questions. Each Question has 3 marks and a wrong answer takes away 1 mark.
Quantitative Aptitude covers almost 30% of the CAT question paper. QA can be categorised into Arithmetic, Algebra, Geometry and Advanced Mathematics. Numbers, Percentage, Profit and Loss, Simple and Compound Interest, Ratio, Proportionality, Time-Distance, Time-Work, Mixtures, Averages, Partnership, Permutation and Combinations, Probability, Set Theory, Progression and Series, Line, Angles, Triangles, Quadrilaterals, Polygon, Circles, Ares, Volume, Height and Distance, Coordinate Geometry, Basic Trigonometry are few important topics.
In Verbal Ability session, command on your English, Grammar, Vocabulary, Understanding of the given paragraph are of more importance. Reading English NewsPaper will also help you in your preparation.
Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning needs to be practised as much as possible. Comparison of data, Data Analysis, taking clues, interpreting missing data, coming to conclusions and making future projections will be covered under this Category. The questions here are interlinked and so if you get one formula correct, cracking the next few questions will be easy. So it's important to memorise and practise formulae. You should cover topics like Data tables, Data Charts, Bar Diagrams, Pie Charts, Graphs, Data Comparison and Analysis.

If your life goal is to crack Clat exam and go for law course then i will suggest you to take drop.But now you have 45-60 days for preparing the exam and revising the syllabus.

2.)Maintain your time table and have consistency to follow it.
3.)Take Guidance from your teachers and revise everyday.

For appearing in the CAT examination which is a common admission test for management education specially admission in the 6 management institutions of India.
The eligibility of appearing this CAT examination One has to complete graduation of 3years with 50% marks at least in the aggregate
So your degree of one year certificate course of BCom for finance and accounts will not be eligible for appearing in CAT examination in India.
However, with the new AYUSH ministry notification, private/state-level examinations will no longer be conducted to fill seats in any of the AYUSH colleges , and all admissions to BAMS courses will be through NEET only from 2018 onwards. So unfortunately, you cannot get admission into BAMS without NEET in any state

See, as you have not attempted kcet entrance exam, there is no point of attending the counselling procedure (steps: document verification). This procedure is for those candidates who have written the exam and are having valid scores and ranking in same.
When you write neet exam and qualify that, then you can attend neet counseling to select the colleges in which you wish to take admission.
