Sir I took EWS certificate on march 9 2022 It have validity of 2021 to 2022 so it's now applicable for ts eamcet 2022 counselling or I should apply it again

As you have taken the EWS certificate on 9th of March so it is valid for the whole year of 2022 as EWS certificate is valid for one year only.
You don't have to apply again if you are applying in the same year i.e;2022.
