To take this test, a candidate must have received at least 50% in English in their tenth or twelfth grade. Furthermore, a female candidate must not be older than 27, and a male candidate cannot be older than 25.

IMU CET is a national level entrance exam conducted by Indian Meritime University every year. To be eligible for the exam, candidates must be a minimum of 17 years old and a maximum of 25 years of age as of August 1,2025. However,there is some relaxation for reserved categories.
