Since you have not mentioned your category here, I will answer this query considering general merit candidates.
According to KCET cutoffs of 2018, you can get Electrical and instrumentation engineering, industrial engineering and management at Dr. Ambedkar Institute of technology, Bangalore. You can get Industrial engineering and management at Dayanand Sagar college of engineering, Bangalore. You can also get Civil engineering at Bangalore Institute of Technology, Bangalore. Similarly, you can get a seat at many other colleges too.
