Can I do a LLB 3 year course while working as a government employee

No, because there are three eligiblity criteria for doing llb
1. One need to first complete his bachelors degree i.e only graduate can do (10+2+3).
2. It is a regular course, any one cannot do any type of job or any other course
3. Need of clearing exam such as DULLB.
