My state rank is 1894.. and all India rank 34746 .I belong to svu region of ap....is there is a chance to get govt college in Telangana.....

You have less chances of getting government seat because your All India Rank is high to get government seat according to previous years cutoff. As you are non local you will be be given chance after local people. So try your level best. If not government seat you can get private seat in good college.
