i haven't pay 5000 rs for the 1st round in comedk coucelling can i have a chance to attend second round of comedk councelling

Hey there!
According to comedk guidelines , yes you can attend the second round of counselling if you didn't attend the first one or didn't get a seat in the first round. Second round is for people who wish to change their seats or get a seat since they didn't get it in the first round for whatever reason.
