in Uptu counselling I got my first choice BRD college but by mistake I chose floating option will I get that same college or it will be changed how can I freeze it now? plz help

Dear student,
As you have chosen float option, then now you can't change your willingness.
In general, float means - YES UPGRADATION.
In other words if you float your seat then that means you have accepted the seat but you want a higher preference branch in other institutes in further rounds. If you got any higher preference branch in further rounds then you will accept it and your previously alloted seat will get cancelled.
Otherwise if you not get any higher preference seat, then your previously alloted seat will remain with you.
Otherwise there is no chance that you can change your willingness.

But brd was my first choice option and I have paid the fee and downloaded the allotment letter

As brd was your first choice, then after float in next subsequent round. it will not upgrade, so, you will not get any seat in further round because your highest preference was grd.
So, as you will not get other higher preference branch, then you can submit the willingness as freeze and accept it in next round.
