sir I got 19 in physics theory and 25 in physics practical. But my overall score is 59%. So if I am able to score the required marks in neet will I be eligible to get a medical college?

See, the eligibility criteria for NEET UG entrance exam states that the candidate must have passed class 12th with minimum 50% marks as an aggregate in PCB and english subject combinations from a recognised board of education. So, check for your percentage including physics, chemistry, biology and english. If it reaches 50%, you are eligible for NEET UG entrance exam. And every thing else will be done without any problem if you qualify the exam, with good score.
