new recently mbbs medical colleges in Maharashtra

Maharashtra has added many new government medical colleges recently in places like Jalna Hingoli Washim Gadchiroli Bhandara Amravati and Ambernath Each of these colleges has around 100 MBBS seats This has increased the total number of seats and improved chances for students in the 2024 admission process Some colleges are still waiting for final approvals but they are expected to be part of counselling soon


Will I be able to appear in NEET AIIMS or other medical courses if I passed my 12th board exam wrt best of 5 subjects in WB board but failed in math?

With a NEET rank of around eight lakh and category as OBC it is very difficult to get admission in Index Medical College for MBBS under the All India Quota or even the State Quota in Madhya Pradesh In general the closing NEET rank for OBC category in private medical colleges like Index Medical College tends to be much lower than this usually within four lakh or below for the last round of counselling Even in management quota the chances remain low as most private medical colleges close admission much earlier unless there are vacant seats and higher fees are acceptable You may consider BDS or other allied health science programs like BAMS BHMS BPT or BSc Nursing where cut off ranks are relatively more relaxed and chances of admission improve For MBBS in private colleges you would likely need to explore stray vacancy rounds if there are any leftover seats which is still not guaranteed A better approach would be to prepare again for NEET to improve your rank and increase your chances of getting MBBS seat with better colleges and affordable fee structures

how much percentage requred in 12th for mbbs medical college admission

NEET or National eligibility cum entrance test  is an examination which is held on national level for admissions into various medical colleges across India.

Getting admission in a certain college requires some eligibility criteria that needs needs be fulfilled.

So the minimum percentage required to have in class 12th is 50% such that the student will be eligible for getting a mbbs seat.

The student must have passed class 12th from a recognized board of india with a minimum of 50% marks aggregated.
