what if I take drop this year? Is it good or bad, because I want to study in IIT or NIT but Im getting only govt collage of my state.

Raja 25th Aug, 2020

This is totally your decision. If you think that taking a drop this year will land you in a better position than now, surely go for it. But if you doubt that you will not be able to get in a better position than this even after one year, I would suggest that do not go for it. These days college really matters a little. Yes IITs and NITs do, but only to an extent. Prepare as much as you can for upcoming JEE.
Good luck! Choose wisely!

sir,i got 66 marks in apeamcet ,550 marks in ipe, which rank can i expected and which colleges are for that rank pls tell me sir

Shakti Swarupa Bhanja 4th Oct, 2020
Hello Venu Gopal !

Your AP EAMCET combined score is calculated to be 53.85 .

You didn't mention your category, so assuming you are from the open category, your rank is estimated between 13,800-14,000 going by the previous year standards. However, this prediction can deflect a little.

You can have good chances to get the below courses in the colleges mentioned:-

Adikavi Nannaya University, Rajahmundry (B.tech CSE, IT, EIE)- last year state cutoff rank was below 35700.

Sri Krishnadevaraya University College of Engineering and Technology, Anantapuram (B.Tech CIV)- last year state cutoff rank was 28333.

ANU College of Engineering and Technology, Guntur (B.Tech CIV, MECH and EEE)- last state cutoff rank for all three branches was 16900

College of Agricultural Engineering, Acharya NG Ranga Agricultural University, Bapatla (B.tech Agri)- last state cutoff rank was 23477

College of Dairy Technology, Tirupati (B.tech Dairy Tech)- state cutoff rank 27788.

Dr BR Ambedkar University, Srikakulam (B.tech CSE, MECH and ECE)-state cutoff rank below 35,000

There are other colleges in which you can get variety of courses. Check them out using the link below:-

is madanapalli institute of technology good for engineering .is it have good placements and howmuch rank should I get to join in that college for cse or ece and Im girl, ews category

padhyeaditi99 4th Oct, 2020

Hi,

The placements are good as per the colleges' website. The Training and placement cell provide placement assistance to their students.

According to recent statistics on their official website -

13 students placed at Ethnus Consultancy Services Pvt Ltd

108 students placed at HCL Technologies Ltd

170 students placed at Cognizant Technology Solutions

Other companies visits on campus are Wipro, TCS, Mindtree, Mphasis, L&T Technologies, etc.

The statistics for CSE and EEE branch -

CSE                              EEE

No of Eligible Students -     206                               367

Total No of offers -              220                               282

As per student reviews, 80% of the students get placed with good salary. Average salary - 3-4 LPA and Highest salary - 21 LPA. In recent years the placements has also increased. Therefore, I think the college is good placement perspective.

I suppose you are asking about AP EAMCET exam cut-off for MITS college.

The cut-off (closing rank)for previous years' for female candidate are as follows -

CSE branch - 41796

EEE branch - 16889.0

my kceat veterinary rank is 16490 can I got veterinary seat I have obc 2b category

Nikhitha Sai 25th Aug, 2020

Hello student. Rank is a good one and in addition there is a reservation too. So there are chances that you might get veternary seat in the college. Since every year competetion increases, we cannot surely tell about the seat. If state quota exists, then your chances might improve. I suggest you to apply to other colleges to be on safer side.

i have got CRL rank- 116187 and OBC-NCL rank- 34975 In 2020 JEE mains. which rank is considered for CSAB special round. AND which iiit colleges may come to me.My home state is TELANGANA.

priyanksaini318 4th Oct, 2020
Hi
It's unlikely that you would get any seat in any of the iiits as per the last year cutoffs. The CRL rank is considered for the csab rounds and not the category rank. Also unfortunately iiit do not have ant reservations for home state candidates. You can check the last year cutoffs through this link
https://csab.nic.in/CMS/Handler/FileHandler.ashx?i=File&ii=142&iii=Y
You can have a chance in iiit manipur,Assam University and a few other colleges other than iiit.

my rank in kcet is58204 can i get biotechnology seats

Nikhitha Sai 25th Aug, 2020

Hello student. Biotechnology is an emerging branch and apart from that with the increasing competition it is becoming a bit difficult to get the desired branch. You rank is a little high, So there are lesser chances for you to get biotechnology seats. You have not specified any category or quota. Specifying them will improve the chances of fetching a seat. college for 30 percentile in jee mains

Shubham Dhane 25th Aug, 2020

Hello,

To be honest you may not qualify JEE Main with 30th percentile unless you belong to pwd category. As you have not mentioned your category it is difficult to answer. But if you belong to general or reserved category you will qualify JEE Main. A safe score is 85 percentile or above to have good chances of qualifying JEE Main. You cannot expect a seat with the percentile that you scored. If you are appearing in JEE Main September session you should perform well and try to score minimum 85 percentile to get seat in a college.
