To be honest you may not qualify JEE Main with 30th percentile unless you belong to pwd category. As you have not mentioned your category it is difficult to answer. But if you belong to general or reserved category you will qualify JEE Main. A safe score is 85 percentile or above to have good chances of qualifying JEE Main. You cannot expect a seat with the percentile that you scored. If you are appearing in JEE Main September session you should perform well and try to score minimum 85 percentile to get seat in a college.

Congratulations on scoring 90% in PCM. With your category (hoping that you have a domicile of Gujarat) you will need around 100 to get a seat in CS in Nirma as the competition has risen and the demand for CSE has incresed too.

To get through IITs the minimum marks which should be obtained in academics is 75% and above and the minimum marks in IIT is 126 for general category and it's 112 for OBC to qualify through IIT.

As you have not mentioned any reservation category hence i am mentioning only those reservation category through which you could get admission in these two colleges:
College of Forestry Dist- Uttarakannada under SCG category and SCR category
