Horanadu kannadiga means the candidate and either of his/ her parents mother tongue should be kannada, Tulu or kodava.and either of parents's was Domiciled in the state of Karnataka, such candidate ,should have passed his qualifying examination from an University or board or any other Institute located outside Karnataka.
You will be eligible for seat in Karnataka even if you haven't studied for seven years in Karnataka
1) if either of your parents should have studied in Karnataka for at least 7 years or more. You need to prove this by concerned documents like marksheet.
2) You should clear a basic kannada test which will be conducted by KEA . ( Karnataka examination authority) and you should secure Minimum 12 marks out of 50 in this test.
Hence if you have your mother's previous domicile showing that she was resident of Karnataka for more than 7 years. ( You will have to produce proof like her pan card with photo as before marriage she must have different name ) . So your Horanadu certificate will work.

it won't be possible if the authority doesn't allows for it or don't have any provision for it. it would be better to ask for guide from the help desk of NATA. You will get contact details from the official webpage of NATA organizing body.
they can guide you better and what all steps to be taken which can be beneficial for you and will be authorized.
Do write a mail stating your issue and reason for not being able to travel to the exam center. and make a call if toll free number is available. They will help you out for sure.

Thee cutoff here at MMMUT fluctuates with your branch. There are aggregate of 660 seats with 120 in every CSE ,CE ,EE ,ECE and 60 in CHE. On the off chance that you can get a general position under 400 all things considered, you can get any part of your ideal decision. This year(2017) last GNOP rank to fill situate was near 2000.
Additionally there are different share seats which can tolerate general position upto 25000.
Confirmation standards are likewise changing from forthcoming year(2018) ,as 10% of seats will be filled through JEE Mains examination while rest 90% seats will be filled by means of college's own selection test.
