According to eligibility criteria of UPSEE the candidate must have passed 10+2 examination from UP Board or equivalent to be eligible for UPSEE. Currently you are appearing in 12th, so you are not eligible now. But you will be eligible only after completing your 12th. Also their is no age limit to give this exam. So don't worry.
