2nd round me seat mili thi lekin fees na bharne ke karan wo seat cancel hogayi hai toh 3rd round me seat milegi ya nahi

Hello,
If you did not pay the fee after getting a seat in the 2nd round, that seat is cancelled. You will not be considered for the 3rd round in the same counselling.
You can only take part again if fresh registration is allowed in further rounds (like mop-up round), depending on the rules of that counselling.
