40.36 Marks in GATE ME 2019. Can i get M.tech Materials Engineering in HCU?

Hi ! It's very tough to get there. It is so because your marks is very low. Your marks is not enough to get into HCU for m.tech. Being a good college it demands a good rank and marks. So with your rank it's a tough tasks. Still just wait upto last round and can have a low standard stream.
