Hi ,

The formula to calculate rank from percentile is , 

(100-P) × N / 100 where P is the percentile and N is the total number of applicants.  

100 - 95.620 = 4.38 

4.38 × 413284 /100 = 18101 .83. 

So your rank would be somewhere between 18100 and 18300 .
