Hello student!

The moment of Inertia of the disc = 1 kg/m^2

The moment of inertia of wax =MR^2 =(50/1000)*   (20/100)^2 =0.002 kg/m^2

Increase in Moment if inertia= Moment of inertia of wax =0.002 kg/m^2

Hence, the change in inertia is calculated as 0.002 kg/m^2.

Hope this solution cleared your doubt!
