I would ans the question if you have given that how those blocks of springs are connected. I assume that 2k and 2k are in series so resultant will be k. And k and k in series will give the result to k/2. Now both of them are in parallel. So resultant spring constant is 3k/2. Now frequency of oscillation is 1/2pi root over 3k/2m.
