For Undergraduate, the DUET application form will be available from August 2 to 31, 2021 on the official website of DUET. So the application forms will be available soon. Keep checking the official website:

The eligibility criteria for UG DUET 2021 is that you should have passed class 12th with minimum of 60 % aggregate score. You should also score minimum 60% marks in four subjects which must include Mathematics as compulsory subject.

The exam will be held in online mode for 2 hours.
The admit card of DUET 2021 will be released in the online mode on the NTA DUET portal.
