If you are enquiring about Non creamy layer certificate, the validity of a Non Creamy Layer certificate is 1 year. So lets say if you are attending for MPSC in May and the joining is in July, your certificate should be valid until July 2020 atleast. So once it expires, you can get another NCL certificate. Ideally you should have 2019-2020 NCL certificate is good enough.
