Hii,
Computer and Design at Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering is a good choice if you’re interested in both technology and creativity. This course is not just about coding, but also about learning design—like how websites, apps, and software should look and feel (UI/UX). It’s perfect if you want to work in areas like web development, game design, or creative tech.
The college is located in Bangalore, which is a big IT hub. This means more chances for internships, projects, and job opportunities. The placement record is strong—many students get placed in top companies like Cognizant, Capgemini, and others. Some students even get very high salary packages.
Students say the course has a lot of practical learning with projects, which helps build real-world skills. Just make sure you enjoy both coding and design, because this course mixes both.
Hii,
To get a seat in the College of Renewable Energy and Environmental Engineering in Gujarat, you need to follow a specific admission process. First, you should have completed your 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as your core subjects. This is the basic eligibility required for admission to engineering colleges in Gujarat.
Next, you’ll need to appear for the GUJCET (Gujarat Common Entrance Test). This exam is mandatory for students who wish to take admission into engineering courses through the state quota. After appearing for GUJCET and receiving your score, you will need to apply through the Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC) . This is the official body that handles centralized admission for engineering colleges in Gujarat.
Once you've registered with ACPC, they will prepare a merit list based on your GUJCET scores and academic performance. Then, the counseling process begins, where you will be asked to fill in your choice of colleges and courses. If your rank is high enough and seats are available, you will be allotted a seat in your preferred college, including the College of Renewable Energy and Environmental Engineering.
Once the seat is allotted, you’ll need to confirm it by paying the admission fees and submitting the necessary documents. Make sure to keep an eye on the official websites of GUJCET and ACPC for updates, deadlines, and announcements.

Hi aspirant,
The fees for management quota seats are significantly greater than for regular quota. Admission to Sri Ramakrishna Engineering College (SREC) Coimbatore's management quota requires a substantial donation fee, which can range from 4 to 12 lakhs or higher depending on the program and department.

Hii,
You got 87% in your 10th standard, and that’s really good. Most diploma courses in IT (Computer Engineering) take students based on their 10th marks only. You don’t need to give any entrance exam for it in many states. So yes, with 87%, you can easily get admission in a good government or private polytechnic college.
Now, here’s what usually happens:
Each college has a number of seats, and they prepare a list based on the marks of students who apply. This is called a merit list. Since you have 87%, your name will likely come on that list. In fact, you’ll probably be near the top because your marks are higher than many students.
But remember, it also depends on:
How many students applied
Which college you are applying to (some popular ones fill fast)
Your category (like General, OBC, SC/ST, etc.), because seats are divided
Still, in most cases, 87% is more than enough for diploma in IT. Just make sure to fill out the application form correctly, choose a few good colleges, and submit everything before the deadline. If you do that, you have a very good chance of getting admission.
And once you get in, you’ll study computer basics, programming, networking, software, and more. After completing the diploma (usually 3 years), you can get a job or even go for further studies like B.Tech.
The fee for Mechanical Engineering depends on the college type. In government colleges, the fee is low, around Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 20,000 per year. In private colleges, it is usually between Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 1,20,000 per year. But if you belong to a reservation category like SC, ST, or BC and your family income is within the limit (usually below Rs. 2 lakhs), you may get full fee reimbursement from the government. So, your education can be almost free in that case. Always check the college’s fee structure before applying.
