Even if they roll back the decision it won't affect your marks. You may still include Mathematics as one of your best four subject. You will still be able to take maths while calculating your best 4 percentage. If you scored good marks in maths you may still include it, there decision to take it back won't affect. Calculation of best 4  percentage for  Eco hons requires one language subject, Economics  (else a deduction of 2%), maths (as per the decision now) and any one core subject as mentioned in list A.
