according to jee advanced PWD certificate format 2021 it contains only 6 types of disability but in NTA information brochure 2021 they clearly mention 21 types of disabilities for reservation. which one is correct?

The jee advance list has those categories which they want in their forms, hence if you are applying for jee advance then you must choose among form., those mentioned categories only..if you have a jee mains score this year you can use our college predictor tool to search college based on that..
