actually by mistake i write wring sirname of father's name in ntse bihar form and make payment also and send that copy to school but immediately i noticed i make that mistake and fill another form and give to school with right detail then school has approved both form right and wrong so canigiventse

If both of your forms have been selected then it will not be a problem. You can go with the correct form with all the correct details. If you still have any kind of problem then you can consult the admission department at your school and let them know about the problem you are facing. I am sure they will sort them out.
