admission for bsc cardiology ?
Admission for B.Sc. Cardiology, also called B.Sc. in Cardiovascular Technology or Cardiac Care Technology, is available in many colleges in India. This course usually lasts 3 to 4 years. It helps students learn how to work with heart diseases, heart treatments, and heart care.
To get admission, you usually need to have completed 12th grade (Plus Two) with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB). Most colleges ask for at least 50% to 60% marks in your 12th exams. Some colleges may also have an age limit, for example, between 17 and 23 years old as of December 31 of the admission year.
To apply, you usually need to fill an online form on the university’s official website. You must upload important documents like your 12th marksheet, passing certificate, transfer certificate, caste certificate (if applicable), ID proof (Aadhar card, passport, etc.), and your birth certificate.
Colleges may select students based on merit, entrance exams, or interviews, depending on their own rules.
Some colleges offering B.Sc. Cardiology or related courses are:
Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham
Jaipur National University
Parul University
SRM Institute of Science and Technology (SRMIST)
Manipal College of Health Professions (MCHP)
Lovely Professional University (LPU)
Presidency University
Shiv Nadar University
After finishing the course, you can work as a cardiovascular technologist, cardiac care technician, echocardiography technician, or work in cardiac rehabilitation. Jobs are available in hospitals, diagnostic centers, research labs, or you can do higher studies.
Hi dear candidate,
It is already half of September 2025 and as of now, majority of the colleges have closed their admission process due to fulfilment of seats. You can look for some private university as they sometimes have few spot round seats left or management quota seats left. However the overall possibility seems low.
