Hello,

If you want an affordable college, then consider pursuing BSc food technology from a government college. As the fees in government colleges will be lower.

You can consider the following institutions :

1. Andhra University, Visakhapatnam

2. Acharya NG Ranga Agricultural University

3. College of Food Science and Technology

Arunachal Pradesh

  • 1. Rajiv Gandhi University (RGU), Doimukh – A government university that offers B.Sc. Food Technology at a very affordable cost of about INR40,000–60,000 in total.
  • 2. NERIST (North Eastern Regional Institute of Science & Technology), Nirjuli – Another government institute where the fee is around INR40,000–50,000, with food science and related modules.

Hey! If you are looking for affordable BSc/Food Technology colleges in Andhra Pradesh, some good options are College of Food Science & Technology, Bapatla, College of Food Science & Technology, Pulivendula, Dr. NTR College of Food Science & Technology, and JNTU (Food Technology courses). These are government-affiliated colleges with low fee structures (around 40,000–60,000 per year) and good practical exposure. Since admission is usually through AP EAMCET, you should also keep an eye on the cut-offs.
