after 10th i have done diploma in computer engineering which consist of subject physics chemistry and math. can i do diploma in pharmacy?

Yes you can apply for diploma in pharmacy after doing diploma in computer engineering as the you are eligible as per the minimum requirements of Pharmacy council of India. Though these are 2 different streams, it would be beneficial for you.
