Hello Aspirant,

After the three year LLB degree course that you take in addition to your Bachelors, you are eligible to be called an advocate in India. You can find internships to gain work experience. As a law degree holder you might have already undergone an internship either with a senior advocate established in his/her field or with a law firm as mandated by your college or university. Next you can enroll in your respective bar council. And simultaneously qualify in all India Bar examination conducted by the Bar council of India. Once you qualify the exam you become eligible to practice law as an advocate.

Hope this helps and Good luck
