  1. If you like to do bedside work, bsc nursing itself is an speciality graduation course(bsc nursing 4yrcourse fees ->65,000 to 80,000 &above PER YEAR) you can gain experience from various wards/departments after completion of bsc such as ; Icu /ccu experience, casualty (emergency),surgery wards, operation theatre, orthopaedic wards, psychiatric & gynaecology etc.(To pursue bedside nursing as a career you must be skillful in your work and should be strong enough to handle tough situations this work keeps you standing for a long time in India mostly 8hrs with short interval break with an weekly off.. Payment in India depends upon nursing degree's which are ANM course which gets minimal pay in field, GNM 3YRS Starting salary from 10,000-20,000 and bsc nursing 4yr course starting salary of 10,000-23,000... If you do bed side work in government hospital you will earn minimum starting salary of 29,000 but for government hospitals you have give DMER exam.
