Yes dear , even though you don't require caste certificate or ews certificate while filling the neet application form but yes your certificate and documents including ews certificates etc will be verified during the counselling, so get your ews certificate made before the neet counselling.
While reporting to the allotted college after the counselling , you need to must submit the original copy of the required documents which are listed below-

- NEET 2020 Admit Card
- NEET Scorecard or Rank Letter
- Class 10 certificate and mark sheet (for date of birth)
- Class 12 certificate and mark sheet
- ID proof (Aadhar/PAN Card/Driving License/Passport)
- Eight passport size photographs
- Provisional Allotment Letter
- Caste Certificate (if applicable)
