Hey Madan,

Please mention the counselling because the rule of every counselling is different , so iam now telling you about JEE MAINS counselling rule.

If you want to participate in spot round or special counselling then you have to withdraw your seat and if you did not alloted any college or seat then you will not eligible to take that alloted seat again.

So all depends on your choice filling , if you do your choice filling well then you can get the seat .
