Yes,you are eligible for counselling but since the rank is not very good you might have to compromise with the college and branch you want.

Your AIR ranks can be expected within 121000 to 140000.

Hence under OBC category we expect decent chances of conversion with following colleges :

Keystone school of engineering
Ananatrao Pawar College of engineering
Aditya engineering college beed
