In order to get admission into Medical colleges You must have to clear the cutoff to be decided by the NTA NEET. If you qualify the cutoff criteria according to your category you will be eligible to take part in Counselling of Medical colleges. The Tentative cutoffs for General category is 50th percentile and fir others it is 40th percentile. So yes you are eligible if you can clear the cutoff of 50th or 40th percentile according to your category. However it seems quite difficult of getting a Chance with this score.
