For admission in any college of bits you have to score above 250 in jee main because bitsat is very tough exam and is a very high reputed college of india.

Many jee advance qualified students choose bits college instead of iit because it give good placement and average package is not less than 15lkh.

So you can apply for admission in thapar University, chandigarh University, Jaypee noida any many more.

Yes definitely you can take admission in bits mesra on the basis of jee mains rank. It is one of the gfti's of the country. But for taking admission in IITs ,nits ,IIITs,you should have 75% but it is relaxed to 65% for SC/st and PWD. But still you give it a try because till last round if seats left they will offer you a seat. Be ready with other option too.
