Net flux through the flat surface = E. A[θ =0]

=EA cosθ

=(200)*(π 0.05^2)

=1.5707NM^2/C^2

Net flux through curved surface E.A

=0   (since E is perpendicular to A)

Net outward flux = 2*Φ flat surface

=π.NM^2/C^2

=3.14NM^2/C^2
