Aligarh Muslim University annual fee for BA LLB (5 year course) is around 42000 per year

For Jamia Millia Islamia University, the fee is around 11000 per year

And there is no BA LLB course in Delhi University. There is a LLB course which can be pursued only after completion of a three year graduation course.

The fee for it is 5500 per semester, i.e., 11000 per year
