You can apply for the mentioned post based on your GATE score (aerospace engineering) . If we look at the previous year cutoff what we see is the rank you need ( for DRDO specially) is in 20 to 30 and you can find the cutoff rank for the AAI and HAL on @Google or you can ask here on careers360 qna page .
