No, only 12th marks are required for the eligibility. 

50 percent required for PCB for NEET.

As such only neet marks are needed for getting admission in to MBBS ...if there is any tie-up then they will consider bio marks for allowing rank so just study well for exam but don't ever forget to read NCERT textbooks

No, not at all. Only your class 12 board marks are required to get into a medical college. So don't worry. Just stay calm and study hard!
