See generally Mock tests are kept little harder than the actual tests/examinations to prepare the candidate for tougher end because if the candidate will be prepared for tougher side then he could manage the simple or basic side very easily. Now if we talk about the comparison of NTA Abhyas App mock tests of JEE-Main and the two actual examinations of JEE-Main 2021 then some papers of those two sessions were difficult, some were moderate and some were little easy and also the preparation might be the reason that you are able to solve the question of JEE-Main actual paper. See if you are well prepared then no paper seems you to be difficult because in that case some paper would be very easy for you or some paper might be slightly easier but no paper would be difficult for you to crack
