Hi, Considering the syllabus of both, NEET has vast syllabus but in terms of difficulty JEE is considered most difficult.
NEET has a lot to remember whereas, JEE students require more of evaluation and understanding. Basically, both these examinations are difficult. Comparing these two exams on the basis of their difficulty level is tricky because Engineering and Medical are two absolutely different fields. Students comparing these to find which stream is easier need to know that if you really want to pursue a field, being a difficult exam shouldn't matter. But still, if you look into the paper pattern of JEE , its tougher as compared to NEET.
Both need systematic study plans and proper time scheduling.
All the best.

Obviously NO. What kinda question is this? They get almost a month to study. Their Bio is more of fact based. So you just need to study. No solving. Only solving section is physics and a few numericals in Chem. It's much easier than JEE main.
