As per your request, the Colleges which you have mentioned are different from each other. Sri Venkateswara University is one of the top most university and the major government College in Tirupati. Whereas, the SVCE( Sri Venkateswara College of engineering) is a normal college which is affiliated to Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati. So, there is a lot of difference between them and be careful.
