Hello aspirant,
It's difficult to quote a definite mark as the maximum marks in JEE advanced change every year.But to get seat in IIT, Delhi in CSE you need to secure a rank below 100 irrespective of your category.Because their cut ranges in between 1-200.So to be on safe side you need to secure a rank below 100.And it is only possible if you do intense hardwork.You should be able to get decent marks in JEE advanced.

For getting admission into BTech CSe in IIT Delhi, you need more than 300 marks in JEE advanced and also you need a rank less than 200. Beyond that the chances are very less.

Hope you are doing well.
For admission into CSE branch at IIT, Delhi you need to score very well in JEE Advanced. However, marks more than 300 marks i.e less than 200 rank in JEE Advanced is considered safe for admission.
